Is there a way to reset the identity value to the seed value in SQL Server 7.0. I am in the test phase and need to do this before I migrate to production. I cannot truncate the table due to foreign key constraints.

The documentation and MS Online Support has been less than helpful.

Please tell me that there is a way.
