>Thanks for your prompt response to my query. To some extent my background reflects your own. I've been working extensively with Fox(DOS) since the DBase days and micros since 1978. My verticals are in the area of Waste Managemenr, Pest Control, Food Distribution. All are in FPD2.6. Like yourself I started Jaro as a part-time business and have been running it full time since 1990. We have 3 programmer/ support people.

I use their Database Toolkit extensively in my apps. So when Doug came out with SF Reports, I knew this would integrate very well with SDT and all the work I have put into this. If SFR cuts my work load by a net of 3 to 4 hours, it pays for itself. I am half way there already.

Bottom line though, the product has to be easy for my users to understand. Keeping in mind that most of my users use WordPerfect as their primary file and folder management tool, and that copying a file entails opening a document and doing a File/Save As. :(
