In that case, Shaw's MSDN subscription number should have remained the same (except for the month and year code.) You can check the status of your current subscription on-line at the MSDN subscription site, otherwise, you need to contact Subscriber Services. They've been helpful in the past with minor screwups (like when they started requiring a signature for delivery by UPS; they were able to correct the shipping arrangements in a matter of minutes.)
