Now my app is becoming outdated (FPW 2.6) he wants to rewrite it in VB or ACCESS, Because VFP is not such a beatifull language. Especially these kind of people are very hard to convince that VFP is the rigth choice.

I'm sure that a lot of us run into the mentality that wants to migrate from Fox to VB during a legacy upgrade; you're right: it's due primarily to ignorance. I can't count the number of VB programmers I've astounded with what Fox is actually capable of; especially in the area of classes and inheritance (VB inheritance is still cut and paste), and data manipulation. We need to stage a competition between VB and Fox programmers. In the end, the rumor would be that VB is on its last leg.
