FoxWord won't run on NT. Besides this, it seems to be very slow.

This is probately the best option. You can distribute the runtime version royalty free and it has great export possibilities. I admit you must have the time to investigate how you can intergrate the product within your development. But it's all doable and you can intergrate the product nicely within VFP.
