There are several Sysops assigned to monitoring the threads, but they can't be present all of the time. The times when a thread needs to be killed (ad hominem attacks, illegal proposals etc.) are relatively few and far between. I would suggest that if we see killworthy threads getting by these watchful eyes, UT should maybe appoint a few more sysops (possibly from other time zones).
