I tried a similar installation approximately 2yrs and it was sssslowwww. If i am assuming correctly you will be locating the tables and code on serverA.
Whenever serverB user use the app, each mouse click, key stroke ect has to be sent to serverA to be proccessed. It can also work this way when loading tables or excuting queries, all the data in the tables being queried are sent to local to serverB from A and then to the client.
