Just got a call from a client who says that when he runs the SETUP (native VFP3b setup) from the floppies I sent him, at some random point during the procedure green lines (horiz. and vertical) begin appearing on the screen. Eventually it gets bad enough that you can't read the prompts. Many times, but not all, the PC will spontaneously hard-boot.

He has repeated this on five different WinNT4 Workstations w/SP4. with consistent results. We cannot duplicate the symptoms in-house on a machine with the same OS.

Is this:
1. Video problem?
2. Bad Setup build?
3. VFP3b Setup problem?
