The NT resource kit contains a utility that can run any EXE as a
service. Since your using VFP5, make sure there are no modal forms
or dialog boxes that can appear in your app. If there is nobody logged
in, it will appear the program hung, when it's actually just waiting at a
dialog box. VFP6 has a setting that turns off all user interfaces to prevent
this.

The utility is call INSTSRV (install service)
