Hi,

Thank a lot for your advise. However, just like to know must I buy
the NT resource kit ? or is it a separate product or come with NT server
or option pack CD ? I can't find it in all those CD.

In addition, is it reliable to use it or get another third party
library to implement my program as a NT service.
Thank you.
