I was wondering if anyone have any idea on how to detect if the indexes is corrupted. I written a program which I put on a NT Server. The program and its data reside on the server and it is called by about 80 workstation and the tables are connected through out the day. I found out that even when one or more table indexes is corrupted the system still continue working. I also notice that when I do a 'SEEK' to these corrupted table it points me to a wrong record in the table. I have put some code to make sure that the updated record is the one I need to update. However, this still is a problem for me when I need to add a new record if it does not already exist. If you have any suggestion, it will be greately appreciated. Thanks in advance.
