We have clients with this issue, but not actually in our office. I couldn't tell you what type of card or protocol they were running for sure. I'm pretty sure they are running netbeui. We couldn't convince this particular client that it was a network issue, so I don't know if it would have helped. It could have also been the cable (they were using a crossover cable).
