Microsoft has announced that they have a beta of a modeling program that works with either Rational Rose or Microsoft Visual Modeler. Rational Software has announced that they have purchased the rights to MS Visual Modeler.

Problem: Rational Rose comes in several versions (language dependent) and it is EXPENSIVE.

Does anyone know if Microsoft or Rational will be making available a visual modeler for VFP that can be afforded by a single developer. I can't buy the Enterprise Edition of Visual Studio and then add $2000 for Rational Rose.

Also, which version of Rational Rose can be used with the beta of VFP Modeling Wizzard?

Any ideas ...?
