I'm sure this has been asked before, but I have to ask again.

We are working on a project that must import ASCII files in various formats (fixed length and delimited) from various systems running around the world. All together, about 20 branches using different foreign currencies.

I want to give my client the ability to map these ASCII files to the fields within our master database (make it easier if a branch is added or changes formats for some reason).

I need to mimick the workings of the VFP import wizard. Is the source available to the wizard somewhere? Someone has done this already somewhere... Available controls or libraries? Words of wisdom?

I think we have designed a way to accomplish this, but it's going to be a can of worms. Any help is appreciated.
