I agree that there are developers in that situation...and THEY need to take the responsibility to educate others in their organization. However, there are LOTS of Fox developers still using 2.x just because they are too lazy to make the leap. "OOP is soooooooo hard". That's a bunch of BS. You can use VFP and make really great apps without ever learning a thing about OOP. When I encounter people trying to get into VFP, I tell them that OOP is the last thing they should learn about.
