This was also my problem before. Insufficient memory usually occurs in 2.x versions of foxpro and it has something to do with the config.sys file of the your main hard disk. I'm not sure what other configurations you have on your unit but what we usually do is to increase the buffer and the files parameter configured on the config.sys file. Try to modify the config.sys file and see if it will work.

BUFFERS = 80
FILES = 100
