I'm not entirely sure what your environment is like there but you mentioned hard coding the "c:\temp". Before you do that try the "SYS( 2023 )" command. This command will return the temporary folder for the PC. If you use this sys command instead of hard coding, then you never have to worry about C:\TEMP being a true folder. If the sys command points to something other than the local drive chnage the assignment with "SET TEMP = C:\WINDOWS\TEMP" in the autoexec.bat or maybe Windows has a setting in Control Panel.
