We have a VSS Project that the pjm fle doesn't seem to work right. For example one developer adds a new form on the local side, adds it to the VSS project, and does an "Update Project List". Then when another developer does a similar "Update Project List" he doesn't see the new form on his local project. The new form is in VSS and the pjm file in VSS reflects the correct times as does the local pjm files. So it looks like they are being changed. Its just the new form is not being added to the other developer's project.

Also whenever this function is performed the developer must remember to go into VSS and check back in the pjm file. Is that normal?
