Hi, I wonder if the messages I create disappear somewhere?

I have probmes with integration between VFP and Word97 Macro processing. Firstly, I cannot find out whether it is possible to
delete a VBA macro using VBA macro programming? In Word6 and Basic,
it is a straightforward operation to use the macro recorder to create a macro for deleting another macro.

My second problem relates to the file OFFITEMS.LOG in the Windows directory. This file grows to absurd dimensions when I do repeatode calls to Word97 from VFP, and create a new doc at each call. Scanning the log file shows the file names and other stuff. When it grow to large, it slows down opening or closing of Word, so I delete the log file from time to time to correct this, but what causes the file growth, and how can it be avoided?
