Michael,
Thanks for recommending yet another book I must read. I only have 3 books from Hentzenwerke that are sitting on my shelf and I MUST read. Go ahead and recommend some more. I only have to live to be 110 now.
Where does one find the time for all the reading.

P.S. They had an article in the LA Times not too long ago entiltled "The Dark Side of Computers". It talked about the reasons for the shortage of bodies as related to burnout and other issues. They mentioned that somewhere between 60-80% of programmers change careers once they hit 40 cause they are tired of always having to study and constantly being behind the 8-ball.
>>The best book I've seen is by the Osborne Group. They have a whole series of books. The one I would reccomend is the developers series one. It uses VB for all the examples, though. But it has a lot of good examples and it also covers some of the admin parts that a developer should know about.
