>P.S. They had an article in the LA Times not too long ago entiltled "The Dark Side of Computers". It talked about the reasons for the shortage of bodies as related to burnout and other issues. They mentioned that somewhere between 60-80% of programmers change careers once they hit 40 cause they are tired of always having to study and constantly being behind the 8-ball.
I understand. Being in the IT industry today is a 40 hr/wk job. I can't remember that last fiction book that I read. Even when I went on vacation this past June I studied for the NT Enterprise exam.
