Hi John.

The easiest thing to do would be to create an account at hotmail then forward all of the mindspring mail there. You can then use any computer connected to the internet to read your (forwarded) email. I would bet there is more than one web cafe (internet by the hour) places in Cancun.

This is much easier than trying to configure an email program and trying to figure out the local phone system...

What I'm looking for is an ISP that has local access "in" Cancun; such as, AOL or Earthlink. (Incidentally, I don't really know if AOL or Earthlink have local access numbers in Cancun.)
