Brian:
Mindspring is a web-based email account; however, they do not have access numbers in Cancun and I don't want to incur long-distance charges to access them. What I'm looking for is an ISP that has local access "in" Cancun; such as, AOL or Earthlink. (Incidentally, I don't really know if AOL or Earthlink have local access numbers in Cancun.)
