Well Hi Guys

This is the first time UT has let me back in for the last 4 days! Thanks to all for the replies I got to this question.

indeed. I cut and pasted ALL the code from the old to the new, No problemo! So the code obviously wasn't the cause of the problem. I had previously gone looking for junk in the scx file and packed it, with no joy, so anyone got any ideas what form the corruption may have taken?
