I'll recreate the setup under SP3. When I get there tomorrow I'll try uninstalling (hopefully I can do this under Add\Remove in Control Panel) the app then reinstalling. If I have any other problems, I'll tell them to have the operating system reinstalled. I won't be deleting any more files!
