This is an issue that neds to be resolved by your network administrator, since the exact method of setting this up depends on how the domain hierarchy is established (there are several models that can be applied to interrelating domains and applying trusts; Microsoft's core curriculum for the NT Server exam goes through this in detail, as does Queue's Using NT Server 4.0, and probably any other decent title on NT Server, like MCSE study guides from various people.
