The main reason is: NOW I have
nothing to do except Maintain the System!!
(Otherwise, I may be fired! ~"_"~)
Actually, even the sales system can buy an existing software but my boss always HAVE his own favour which
only fresh-made can fit his needs!
Besides, most HR system I search on the market is made in USA mostly.
Some of the fields like State Code is completed useless in other place!
Maybe it will be a time for me to find another job to do.. but now is hard to find in HK.. >.<
