That is a tough one. How to define what is billable, your classes, vs. inhereted code? What do you do about frameworks that are yours already?

I like the idea of a fee per piece but some forms are a walk in the park and others your going to lose your shirt on. What about form sets, methods necessay for calculations, bizobjects, and security?
