I too have Norton Anti-Virus 95, however, in the program's 'About' window, it simply states 95.0a (I guess this is the first version and not version 2). I have not experienced any more lock-ups. Our over-worked and under-paid technician told me that if it starts to lock-up again, once I get a clean-boot-Don't Turn It Off! Great advice?!?

It appears that the loading of the TSR component can cause lock-ups under certain circumstances. It's not too big a deal really. I can get dozens of successful startups and then one will lock up on me. The trouble is that I cannot prove that it is NAV that's causing the problem beacuse the problem is so intermittent. The good news is that my configuration is, otherwise, very stable. Once I get startup completed, I have no problems.
