Hi Tim,

No the video side of things is very stable. Having checked out the Symantec pages and noted other correspondence, I am now convinced that the culprit is Norton Anti-Virus 95 (version 2). It appears that the loading of the TSR component can cause lock-ups under certain circumstances. It's not too big a deal really. I can get dozens of successful startups and then one will lock up on me. The trouble is that I cannot prove that it is NAV that's causing the problem beacuse the problem is so intermittent. The good news is that my configuration is, otherwise, very stable. Once I get startup completed, I have no problems.
