You might check to see that you're running the latest HP printer driver.

Resource Manager ICE usually indicates a memory, disk or file problem. You might try ZAPping the FOXUSER.DBF resource file. Make sure you're running SP3.
Re-install the run-time libraries. This is tough to nail down but one of these suggestions might help.
