>>Coming from 2.6 now useing vfp 6.0 am I doing this correctly. I made a config.fpw and included it in my project under the other tab as a text file and when I start my exe and keep it up and running I can see my temp files. What I like to do is have a routine to check this location and if any temp files exist delete them. In dos I would add

Windows should do this for you. And if the temp area is shared by another program, you may cause more problems than just leaving any files out there.

All of my temp files that VFP creates are on the user local drives and If the program is not shut down wright the temp files will not be deleted. And coming from 2.6 for dos I have seen the temp files cause problems and once they are deleted the problem goes away. The way I have handle this I have a line of code in the autoexec.bat file to delete the temp files. And I was wondering If I need to do the same thing for the VFP environment.
