And there are others that despise even 800, and will be very upset if they cannot use an app easily at higher resolution. And you still need to decide who counts and who doesn;t before you can determine the optimal resolution to cater to. If the 640 pepople count highly, then the decision nis made. If they don't then the decision may be different.
