Sounds like you're behind a firewall. To answer your question, no secret handshakes, signs, and you don't have to bay at the moon< g >. Just click the icon. If you can't get in, you're probably behind some firewall. Try through your personal ISP is about the only solution I know that works for sure. Supposedly, and I haven't tested this, MS Chat can get you in from behind a firewall. I don't know the chat room address off-hand. Maybe someone else can post it.
