How can I use the MS chat behind a firewall George or should I go the
microsoft chat area and try from there?

If you can't get in, you're probably behind some firewall. Try through your personal ISP is about the only solution I know that works for sure. Supposedly, and I haven't tested this, MS Chat can get you in from behind a firewall. I don't know the chat room address off-hand. Maybe someone else can post it.
