Check to see if the problem occurrs in VGA (safe) mode. If that cleans it up, check for a more recent version of the video driver.

I have exception handling in my code that checks to see that the BMP file exists on the disk and I grab a blank.bmp (just has a line in it) if the signature field is blank or sigs are not allowed for that particular document. I know it's not my code, because they can turn right around and print again and it works! We also have the same problem with a VFP report

Other than this one nagging problem the application kicks ass! Both the client and myself are growing weary. They are a very high volume document production job shop.
