Hi Peter,

As one with a medium red/green color deficiency, I would tend to agree with you, however, I would never use color as the single indication of a control's status. Textbox back color is not a problem since most color blindness tends to be in the pastel shades and the person can detect changes in intensity if not color. Using font forecolor changes could be dangerous.
