You're welcome, of course.

Closing an app will release all memory variables, but it may not let the computer recover all of the chunks of memory VFP has used. This can only be recovered by rebooting. What OS is he running? Win 95/98/NT?

I know there have been threads on print preview causing problems - does you user do a lot of Print Preview during the day? Check the archives for other people's problems with it.
