The user's guide is good. I learned a lot from their support conference. You can count on getting an answer from Mike or Toni with 24-48 hours. Sometimes faster from other conference participants.

When I fell way behind on my project I talked my client into purchasing phone support so that I could call up and get answers from Toni. That helped a lot.
