Glad to see you can remain calm about these things ;-) Anyway, do you use a framework, did you develop it? You might want to check any classes you don't know fluidly for this type of behavior. Things like instanciating a toolbar after the form has Initialized mak effect its overall "Centerness", could that be the case?
