If the VFP Setup Wiz doesn't pan out for you, there are 3rd Party Options. I use InstallShield Express, there is a version of InstallSheild (not Express) that comes with VS6.0:

D:\ISheild\Setup.EXE

I haven't used it, but I heard other were.
