I also have used RoboHELP. While quite expensive, it took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to use it. Took another 1 to 2 hours to develope all the HTML pages include graphics [screen images created with the help of SnagIT software]. It is WYSIWYG, and easy to use. You do not have to have HTML knowledge.
