>1) I cant disable the right click menu for the aniGIF (banner.)

I was going to suggest overriding the Right click functionality of the object in the page, but apparently this method is not exposed. There's not much a user can do with the right click menu of an image though...

2) I cant use aniGIFs alone, Id have to use HTML so I can have a hyperlink property for the aniGIF.

This is correct. But that shouldn't be a problem. All you need is a simple HTML file with only the IMG tag in it. You could build this file on the fly, if you needed to, changing out the SRC and HREF properties depending on values in a table.

3) I cant read the aniGIFs from a table.
If anyone knows of a control that displays aniGIFS alone that might have a mouseover and a click method, and the control source can come from a general field in a table, Id be greatly appreciative.

Can't help you here. If you do find an OLEBound control that will display animated gifs, though, this will be the way to go. You can then just fire off you hyperlink from it's click event.
