Thanks for posting your findings. There is an HTML Help topic on the Fox wiki (http://www.stevenblack.com/wiki/wc.dll?wiki~HTMLHelp) which I created for our exam study group. Near the bottom is a section on "How to Install HTML Help on User's Machine" in which I touched on the IE requirement. It would be great to add your new information to that section. Would you like to do so?

In the Setup wizard, I did check the HTML Help Engine option and did not include any of the required files needed by VFP runtime to implement HTML Help.
