It's an order entry system where the conversation between the phone operator and the customer is recorded using a sound card and the Multimedia Control. Everything works as expected *except* the quality of the recording... it's !!!CRAP!!! You can hear our operator, but the customer's voice is garbled or drowned out by static... That is, unless we set the frequency to the highest available...
