Yeah, AMD does like to keep Intel in dust :) I'm glad I'll upgrade my AMD K6-2-333 to an Athlon 500 soon. About +10% lower price for 2-10% faster CPU but that's something I hate Turkey market and AMD. Athlon 700 is out and AMD kindly sends its news regularly to my desktop but I really struggle to find and buy an Athlon here. OTOH PIIIs are everywhere. From point of promotions AMD is like VFP, red headed step child of CPU market :) (Maybe that attracts me :=)
