>Go to the MS site and order the cd. You get MSDE with other the SQL server services like query analyzer, sql enterprise manager ect. I tried downloading MSDE and all I got was MSDE and no interface. In this case I think you use VB's built in interface to SQL server for creating tables and so on.

I already have SQL Server 7 on my desktop. My point was that I don't need MSDE since I have SQL Server 7.
