...Or the lizards< g >. I don't know if the icons can be kept from refreshing since they change depending on whether or not there are new messages of some sort. Being "Web Challenged" as I am, that's a question that someone else will have to answer.

However, if we each raise the refresh rate to something significantly higher than 60 seconds (I don't know the max). We might see some improvement in the UT's performance. That's just a shot it the dark, however.:-)
