To clarify, only a fraction of the T-1 may be in use... If all of the T-1 is in use, then there is another problem. I recall Michel saying there was a bottleneck of sorts. However,that was 2 weeks ago. If that bottle-neck exists, Michel needs to eliminate that dependency by going to another provider....

>A T-1 by itself is not enough. You need to have the hardware. And, the T-1 itself goes to a provider. If there are bottlenecks with the provider, there will be problems. Also, just because you have a T-1 pipe, it does not necessarily mean you have access to 1.5 mb's....
