One of our customer is using our new release of software and encountered this error on a random base. Our application was previously compile with VFP5 and that issue was not happening, and now that we had compile in VFP6 it appends.

Problem:
When selecting a printer that is not the default printer, a VFP popup will appear wit "error 1958". Clearly if HP Laserjet 5SI on novell captured port lpt2 is the default you cannot print on HP Laserjet 8000PS novell captured on lpt3. Something strange is that problem does not popup when my default is change to LPT3 and try to print on LPT2 (so PS to PCL).

I found that matrix to PS does it, PCL to PS does it, PS to PCL is OK and PS to Matrix is OK

Does someone have any idea how fix this issue ??
